A Drawing and Colouring Competition was conducted on 28th November, 2025 at Mount Carmel School during regular school hours. The competition was organised to encourage creativity and artistic expression among students. The topic for the Nursery section was- Colouring a Fruit Basket, while the topics for Junior KG and Senior KG were based on Christmas Scenery. Students were instructed to bring their own crayons, and drawing sheets were provided by the school. The criteria for judging included creativity, neatness, and effective use of multiple colours. The children enthusiastically participated and were deeply engrossed in their artwork. They drew and coloured snowmen, Christmas trees, stars, Santa Claus, and other festive elements, decorating them beautifully with vibrant colours. Some students had practised in advance and displayed exceptional creativity by skillfully blending different colours, showcasing their imaginative abilities. The Nursery children also actively enjoyed colouring and confidently displayed their talents. The competition created a joyful and lively atmosphere and proved to be a delightful experience for everyone. Three winners from each class were awarded certificates by Principal Father Pawan Saldanha. The competition focused on creativity rather than perfection, making it an encouraging and memorable event for all participants.
